A former White House physician during both the Obama and Trump administrations addressed a cancerous lesion removed from President Joe Biden.
Dr. Ronny Jackson, now a Republican congressman from Texas, discussed the president’s health with Maria Bartiromo, host of the Fox program “Sunday Morning Futures.”
“I wonder about the conversation about his capacity,” Bartiromo said to Jackson. “You have been talking about the president’s cognitive abilities being a national security risk. Tell us more.”
The doctor pulled no punches when he responded to the host’s question.
“He’s what needs to be removed,” Jackson remarked, “not the lesion they found. But this is just another effort from his physician and from his medical team to distract. They’re going to talk about this.”
Jackson opined the administration released a bunch of useless information about his cholesterol and stuff no one cares about.
“All we care about in this country with regards to President Biden — 80 years old, who’s got some obvious cognitive issues — is a cognitive assessment of some sort,” the former White House physician declared. “We want something on the record to prove to us he’s cognitively capable of doing this job, and it’s almost a moot point at this stage, because we all know he’s not.”
Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the current White House physician, Friday released a report revealing President Joe Biden had a lesion removed from his chest February 16. He added the removed lesion was sent for a biopsy.
“As expected, the biopsy confirmed that the small lesion was basal cell carcinoma,” O’Conner explained. “All cancerous tissue was removed.” Biden’s doctor added that no further treatment is required for that.
The cancerous tumor was apparently removed the day of the president’s physical conducted by O’Connor. The doctor issued a statement of the president’s health dated February 16. He described the president as an active 80-year-old white male.
“President Biden remains a healthy, vigorous 80-year-old male, who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency, to include those as Chief Executive, Head of State and Commander in Chief,” O’Connor concluded his health assessment of the president.
